I did not find bluetooth on this particular model but if it does have it you would press the FN key and look for the bluetooth icon on the top keys like F4 and so on. The memory has one slot but you can put a 2GB memory chip according to information I found on google. Try it, you can always return the memory.

I tried playing music videos on it using iTunes and it could not handle it.

i have the exact same model and my graphice are ok, i can play left 4 dead on this without lag.

Thank you, my favorite netbook of all was the gateway netbook I did a review on. It looked the best and had the most power for your money. Gateway stopped making it and now has a crappy version of it with the atom processor.
